The Director of Business Development is responsible for the overall leadership and management of CDCI’s Business Development and Service Delivery. This executive will serve as a key member of the team responsible for achieving the company’s overall vision and strategies. This role will be positioned in Vancouver.
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for generating new revenue and managing CDCI’s business development and service delivery systems. The executive will lead the portfolio and project management teams, ensuring national strategic alignment of policy, process, and culture. CDCI Research’s regional portfolio and project management teams will report to the director. The director will implement reporting strategies to meet the needs of all users.

The role works closely with client representatives and departmental managers to augment his or her knowledge of the industry and ensure branch-wide corporate networks and referral sources are maintained.
