We are very pleased to inform you of a change in our structure effective January 1, 2010. As you know we are continually focusing on improving our client focus and client satisfaction by being the best research company in Canada.
The following positions report to the CEO and CFO on a matrix basis:
- Vice-President Research. Jo-Anne McCutcheon is appointed to this national role. Jo-Anne’s responsibilities include the management of all research staff and the development of our national research standards. She will provide mentorship and career direction to all researchers within CDCI. Jo is also responsible to ensure the highest quality deliverables to our clients on time and on budget. Jo brings excellent credentials and significant experience to this role within CDCI.
- Vice-President Business Development. Tony Baldock is appointed to this national role. Tony’s responsibilities will include growth of the national client base, new business growth, client and partner relationships, and improving margins on all revenues. Tony brings many years of experience to CDCI and his network in both Canadian public and private sectors will open new doors of opportunities for CDCI. In addition, Tony will continue to be the Portfolio Executive for DCC.
- Vice-President Finance and Administration. Clayton Buckingham is appointed to this national role. Clayton is responsible for the execution of CDCI’s strategic plan for Finance, Human Resources and Information Systems. He will provide mentorship and career direction to all staff within these departments. Along with Clayton’s designation as a Certified Management Accountant, he brings to CDCI considerable experience both in large companies and entrepreneurial ventures.
With these appointments to our Executive Team we believe we are well positioned to take CDCI to the next level within the Research Industry.
